I ship once a week, carefully packing each treasure so it arrives safe, sound, and ready to delight. Keep in mind that I am truly a "one-person-does-everything" business, so I appreciate your kind patience.

Returns/Order Changes/Exchange Policy
Because each item shipped directly from me is handcrafted and made to order, all sales are final. I do not accept returns. That said, your happiness truly matters to me—I want you to love your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please reach out to me directly within 7–14 days of delivery, and I’ll be happy to send a replacement for an item damaged during shipping. NOTE: To get the process started quickly, contact meat rlm@nestedheart.com with your original order information and a few clear photos of the damage.
I'm not able to accept changes to an order after I've shipped an item or within 24 hours, whichever is sooner. Please contact me ASAP if you need to change the address, add shipping instructions, or ordered the wrong print. I will always try my best to accommodate if I am able to.
